The intent is to create a full-CPAN smoker capable of testing all of CPAN (or at least as much of it as possible) against a given version/tag/branch of perl from perl git.

How to run

1. cpanm --installdeps .
2. bin/start-test [--checkout foo] [--verbose] [--cpanfile /path/to/cpanfile] [--database sqlite3.db]

How to examine results

Look at the sqlite database
