Small little go program to support gRPC for self-hosting an Anubis Thoth instance.

Uses the freely available Maxmind databases. This will be slower to update and lower quality (i.e. less data and likely less accurate data) than the Thoth paid service It's also not going to be supporting high availability, reliability, etc. and is basically only suitable for small self-hosted setups that can't justify the cost of a full Thoth subscription
